PORT BAILEY LIQUIDATION SALE
Port Bailey Liquidation sale is being operated by owners and is not a standard auction with auctioneer. The sale will be happening over the following 3 years summer months only and the goal is to salvage and eventually take down all buildings on property and subdivide land for specialized homes.
The entire grocery store and warehouse items are now priced to make for easier shopping, however any of the new items that you might be interested in, we will sell to you at 50% of what it would cost you in town, plus no tax. Also depending how much you purchase we will give you a better deal and a deeper discount.
The following is for the bidders that come to site, we also welcome bidders via email and or phone.
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY.
RULES AND PROCESS TO FOLLOW:
1.EVERYONE MUST SIGN A WAIVER RELEASE BEFORE GOING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. THE RELEASE WILL BE GOOD FOR ONE YEAR.
2.EVERYONE MUST TAKE BID FORM AND FILL AS SHOPPING. (there is no exception to this rule) YOUR ITEMS WILL NOT BE LOOKED AT WITHOUT THIS FORM.
3.LARGER ITEMS THAT ARE NOT PRICED WILL HAVE TO BE SET ON PALLET IN BREEZEWAY AT PALLET STATION AND YOU CAN BRING ITEMS YOU WOULD LIKE TO YOUR PALLET. (if for some reason we would need to keep the item, you will have to return it to where you found it, so please write down what building or area you found items before removing them) LARGER ITEMS SUCH AS PRESSES, OR AN ITEM THAT WOULD NEED A FORKLIFT, PLEASE WRITE WHERE IT IS LOCATED AND NAME OF ITEM ON YOUR FORM, AND OWNER WILL WALK WITH YOU TO LOCATION WHEN IT IS YOUR TURN TO CHECKOUT.
4.ALL ITEMS IN STORE THAT ARE PRICED CAN LEAVE THE SAME DAY AND MOST OTHER ITEMS AS WELL HOWEVER IF YOU DID NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH US WE ARE SUBJECT TO HAVE 24 HOURS TO PROPERLY PRICE ITEMS BEFORE ALLOWING IT TO BE SOLD.
5.WHEN YOU ARE ALL FINISHED SHOPPING PLEASE BRING BAGS LABELED FROM STORE ($1 BAGS, $2 BAGS AND SO ON TO YOUR PALLET AND YOU WILL BE HELPED IN THE ORDER IN WHICH YOUR FORM WAS TURNED INTO OFFICE.
ALL BID FORMS MUST BE TURNED INTO OFFICE AND THEN OWNERS WILL REVIEW YOUR PALLET AND FIND YOU IF THERE ARE QUESTIONS. (there is no exception to this rule)
6.PLEASE STAY OUT AND RESPECT ROOMS THAT ARE MARKED SOLD, THE WINTER WATCHMAN HOUSE, THE GREEN GUEST HOUSE UNLESS YOU ARE INVITED TO SO WITH THE OWNERS.
We have the right to refuse any and all offers or sales. No refunds or returns! This property is a large one and very spread out, please be careful and respect our land as you would your own, return things that you move and close doors behind you.
